Become a sponsor (20% of profit)
Companies who pay taxes can become sponsors of a cause they believe in and the sum they donate will be reduced from the income tax they owe to the Romanian State.
No supplemental costs will incur, should the company decide to offer funds, goods, services or private scholarships. See art. 21 (4) lit p), Codul Fiscal.
Conditions to be met by the sponsor company:
- The company pays income taxes (impozit pe venit)
- Sponsorship is established by documentation (sponsorship contracts)
- The funds offered are below the limits specified here:
- 3 per thousand of the turnover taxes;
- 20% of the income tax owed.
